Pay-online
The first day of class can be hectic. For this reason we encourage you to pay-online. Because our class sizes are small, and they fill up very quickly, paying on-line guarantees your dog's spot in class.
Also, we frequently offer discounts for group classes. Please view our current offers. These discounts are only available to on-line payers and are only available for beginning level classes.

Refunds
Refunds will be provided if you notify us of your cancellation at least 7 (seven) days before the first class session. Because our class sizes are limited, no refunds will be issued after completion of the first class.
If you for any reason are unable to finish a 6 week course, or if you miss more than two classes you are welcome to join the next available class to finish.

Dog behavior in classes
Any signs of distress or aggression(posturing, freezing, growling, lunging, snarling, biting, excessive barking)from your dog towards other dogs or towards humans will be grounds for removal from class.
We reserve the right to decline entry to (or excuse from class) any dog who presents behavior issues that may be dangerous, or disruptive. If you have concerns about how your dog will react in class, please call us prior to signing up. If the trainer determines that it is in your best interest to work with a private trainer, we will provide you with information on a more appropriate private training program.
Unaltered dogs in class
We welcome all friendly and social dogs into our classes. Dogs that are in heat cannot attend class.
Healthy dogs only
Please DO NOT bring an ill or injured dog to class.
