Beware of FREE Demonstration/ Consultations

You are probably wondering why we would warn you about "Free Consultations" on our free session page. Many dog trainers offer free visits as a way of getting your business. However, what commonly occurs is that the trainer will come to your home and with little or no "consult" time and without much warning, places a shock collar on your puppy or dog. Another common scenario; the trainer takes your dog outside, they do a brief "evaluation" and then try to convince you that your dog will only do well if the trainer can have your dog brought to their kennel facility for "intense" or "focused" training. This, too, almost always involves the use of a shock collar.

Our FREE Puppy Session - for pups 6 months of age or younger

We are currently offering a FREE in-home puppy session. Let us help you decide which training program will work best for you and your pup. We will spend time with you and your pup, answering questions and supplying you with the information you need to know about our services and programs. (We do not use shock collars.) Our methods are fully customizable so that you and your dog will benefit - even with just one session.

We want to earn your business. (One visit cannot cover all issues and obedience training is obviously every owner's goal.) At the end of every session we will supply you with our assessment and go over the many options for training that we offer. The choice is yours. Whether you decide on group classes, private training or our K9 Personal training program, we know that we have a program that will work for you and your dog. If you decide we are not the dog training company for you, we understand. Dog training is a very personal decision all owners should feel comfortable with.

We can help you with the normal frustrations of bringing a new puppy into your home. Housebreaking, chewing, nipping and even separation anxiety - can all be effectively addressed.
