Registration & Refund Policy

Payment may be made by check, credit card, or your PayPal account.

Class is limited to 8 students. A $500 non-refundable non-transferable deposit will hold your place. The balance of your tuition is due 30 days prior to the class start date. If tuition is not paid on time you may forfeit your enrollment, including your deposit. No portion of the tuition is transferable.

All cancellations must be in writing and mailed to: JNDTC, 975 Chardonney Way, Escondido, Ca, 92029. For cancellations no less than 21 days before class start date, 50% of the total tuition will be returned. For cancellations no less than 14 days before class start date, 25% of the total tuition will be returned. Cancellations 7 days or less before the class start date - no refunds will be issued. Please allow 30 days to receive any refund issued.

John's Natural Dog Training Company will confirm your cancellation in writing. Your cancellation is not valid without a confirmation of receipt.

This policy applies to all enrollees that must withdraw for any reason including but not limited to injury, illness, emergency and personal or work-related reasons. This policy is without exception.

Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Agreement to Hold Harmless

I understand that attendance and participation in the Group Class Instructor Course is voluntary and not without risk to myself and/or guests who may attend this course. I further understand that my personal dog is also at risk, if he/she attends the course, and/or is on the property during the running of the Group Class Instructor Course. I understand that some of the dogs I may be exposed to or work with may be difficult to control and may cause injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care.  

I hereby waive and release John's Natural Dog Training Company, Natural Pet Systems, Inc., Acacia Animal Center where the class is located, and all employees, owners, and agents of the afore mentioned from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog. I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending the Group Class Instructor Course, while on the grounds or surrounding area thereto. In consideration of my attendance and participation in the Group Class Instructor Training Course, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless John's Natural Dog Training Company, Natural Pet Systems, Inc., Acacia Animal Center and any of the afore mentioned employees, owners, and agents from any and all claims or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me during the course as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.

I understand and fully acknowledge that no promises or guarantees have been expressed or implied, either verbally or in writing by the instructor(s), employees or agents of John's Natural Dog Training Company, that I will be employed as a dog trainer for John's Natural Dog Training Company or any other company. I understand and agree that participation and completion of this class does not guarantee that I can or will make a living as a professional dog trainer nor will I be certified as a dog trainer in any capacity.
