When I first got my dog I was so stressed out with everyone telling what I should and shouldn't do. It took me a year to find a training program I felt was worth the time, money and work I needed to put into it. Benny is a miniature pinscher and a bit of a scardy cat and he would bark at everything especially the people coming and going . I take him with me everywhere I can so his behavior was getting to be a problem. I've had four privates with Jessica and I'm thrilled when my friends tell me he's like a "grown up" now. I can't wait to see him mature through all the training he will receive in the Platinum Program.

John and his staff are awesome with their common sense way of educating dog owners to work with their dogs. The classes are taught around the abililtiy of the dogs in the class with challenges thrown in. Commands are kept simple with praise as the reward. After all, dogs want to please their handlers. I highly recommend John's Natural Dog Training methods to everyone who wants a dog who respects and obeys his owner because he wants to. My Weimaraner's "personal trainer" with John's company is Elizabeth and both Mocha and I love her!! She understands canine behavior and the different personalities of the many dog breeds. How she teaches us owners to understand our dog so we can have a great and obedient companion is amazing!! She makes the classes fun which helps the dogs relax and enjoy the time. John has a great staff and I encourage everyone who has canine questions or issues to please contact JNDTC.

John and Denelle have been great with my standard poodle puppy. And with my husband and I too! John's methods have made the most sense so far and have been the most effective. For a good size company, it feels like I am getting the dedicated attention that my pet deserves. I highly recommend John and his crew!!!

My husband and I love John and Jessica...we adopted 2 dogs last summer and they were both very ferral...a year later they are well behaved and a pleasure to be around..they are even out of their crates now! I would TOTALLY reccomend Johns Natural Dog Training to everyone!

I love working with John and his trainers. They do work miracles, but I'm happy that they are realistic. I have one dog who reached CGC level easily - a Golden, well socialized and wanting to please. I also had a feral Baja rescue Aussie Mix. This dog showed severe people and dog aggression at the age of 4 mo. old. She was well on her way to being euthanized when my husband and I adopted her. It's now five years later and she is a great family dog. She is protective, but obedience definitely overrides her temperament. i appreciated the fact that John was commited to working with her, but never led false hope that she could reach the level of the other dog. His suggestions were pragmatic and based on safety first for all concerned. I highly recommend his company and training methods.

I have used John for over 12 years with all of my dogs. His methods are simple easy and effictive. I had a puppy that was showing food agression to my son who was only 5 at the time. John came in showed us how to fix the problem, it worked, and this same dog went on to pass the canine therapy text. His methods work!  Read More
